Vaki/ Pentair Service Engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer to our office in Bergen with technical skills and knowhow to independently supply optimal customer service and support with Vaki/ Pentair products. Customer focus and customer service orientation are important characteristics of this position and the ideal candidate has to indepedently follow up customers with technical and professional knowledge and proficiency.  

Your tasks will be: 

  • Installation of Biomass Daily, counters and other equipment on customer sites. 
  • Regular on-sites service visits.
  • User training.
  • Customer support.
  • Repair of equipment.
  • Fulfill online service contracts.

In order to be successful in this position we believe that it is important that you have at least 5 years of experience from similar positions. Experience from fish farming is desireable, but not essential. You act on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results. You co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience and information, and supports others in the pursuit of team goals. You have a systematic approach, plan ahead, define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively. You communicate in a clear, precise and structured way. You quickly understand and analyse complex issues and problems and come up with sound and rational judgements. You demonstrate specialist knowledge and expertise in your field of operation and participate in continuous professional development to deliver high quality customer service.

Futhermore it is desireable that you have:

  • Candidates will be educated to degree level or equivalent in electrical/ electronic engineering, technology, computers or similar.                                     
  • Computer skills: Basic Office knowledge.

The position requires professional proficiency in Norwegian and English. It is necessary that you have a drivers license and the position will require some travelling.

Vaki/ Pentair Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative to our office in Bergen. 

As Sales Representative you will become a member of our established sales team and strenghten it. Your tasks will be within sales and supply of a large range of products in the Vaki/ Pantair portfolio.  Customer service and follow-up will be key activites in this position. 

In order to be successful in this position we believe that it is important that you have at least 5 years of experience from B2B sales. Experience from fish farming is desirable, however not necessary. You act on own initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results. You communicate in a clear, precise and structured way, and you present effectively.  You are eager to learn, are aware of your own strengths and limitations, and pursue learning and development opportunities. You co-operate well with others, shares knowledge, experience and information and supports others in the pursuit of team goals. You have an excellent customer focus and demonstrate specialist knowledge and expertise in own area. You participate in continuous professional development, adhere to company rules and procedures and executes plans with commitment and determination.
